Daycare Policies
Regular daycare hours during weekdays are 8:30am - 6pm, but we can be flexible where needed.
We are located in downtown Toronto, near King and Spadina
Half day daycare covers up to 4 hours.
Full day day care covers up to 9.5 hours.
More than 9.5 hours of daycare is charged at our boarding rate.
Daycare cancellations must be made by the Sunday before scheduled daycare.
Later notice will be charged 50%.
Less than 24 hour notice is subject to a 100% charge.
A $10/day holiday surcharge applies during long weekends and statutory holidays.
Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep daycare running smoothly for all our pups and parents, as spots are limited in our small, cozy setup.
Boarding Policies
Boarding is charged per night and includes overnight and morning care. Pick-up by 12:00 PM on the final day is included.
Pick-ups after 12:00 PM incur a $55 daycare fee. Pick-ups after 8:00 PM are charged as an additional night of boarding.
If a dog remains in care for more than 9 hours after drop-off, it will be charged as an additional night of boarding.
Our pet haven works much like a human hotel. Stays are charged per night, with a morning check-out
to make room for daytime care.
Cancellations made less than 5 days of the booking will be charged 50%.
Cancellations made less than 3 days of booking will be charged 100%.

Pawsitive Vibes offers one-on-one grooming in a cozy environment where your dog's comfort and safety come first. Built on trust, transparency, and gentle care, we focus on quality over quantity and never rush a groom.
Our goal is to make each grooming experience as positive, calm, and stress-free as possible, tailored to your pup.

Mid-groom updates
Final grooming results may vary based on coat condition and your dog's comfort on the day of the groom.

Severe matting may require shaving or a shorter cut for your pup's comfort.

Based on breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and time required.
All quotes are estimates, not guarantees.
Extra time for matting or comfort care may affect the final price.
Grooming Communication
Reference photos are required if a specific cut or style is requested.
When possible, a photo update may be sent near the end of the groom.
All grooming decisions prioritize comfort and safety.
Time & Comfort Care
Some dogs need slower pacing or extra breaks.
Appointments may take longer to ensure a calm experience.
We will never rush a groom.
Cancellation Policy
Grooming appointments are reserved just for your pup.
48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows are charged in full.
Photos & Media Consent
Photos or videos may be used for social media unless requested otherwise.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in grooming rates. Tips are never expected, but always appreciated and go directly to your groomer.
